Cook Medical – Urology 2024
The toolkit is a starting point for all deliverables going toward a large global campaign launch. This was a new approach I initiated at Cook Medical, involving multiple areas of the agency. The goal is to build a campaign foundation to help execute a full range of deliverables. This foundation of components will be stakeholder-approved with legal pre-approvals and optional HCP input. Enabling all to have cross-agency collaboration and consistency at increased speeds. After clinical review, customer journey mapping, and near-FDA product approval.
